About ActifHR
ActifHR Ltd, was founded in 2014, in response to the challenges faced by the managing personnel of high performance engineering and motorsport businesses with regard to the ‘3Rs’ of Human Resources and Employment Law… Recruit, Retain, Release.
Our expertise covers all areas of Employment Law and HR guidance; we recognise that although at any one time our clients’ needs may be focused upon one aspect of the 3Rs this can change rapidly in today’s business environment.
We work in close partnership with our clients, getting to know and understand their business and build a lasting collaboration. Through understanding their business operations, we are able to provide commercially focused HR support tailored to their needs.
We call this ‘HR Adapt’.
We can benefit your business:
- Helping you plan changes in your business structure that may have HR implications that could threaten your business.
- Reactive HR advice when you need it in a crisis to ensure that your business gets the best possible support.
- Knowing you can access HR expertise whenever you need it to support your managers or as a specialist resource if you have an HR person in house – allowing your staff to concentrate on growing the business.
- Competitive rates at a budget that works for your business to allow you to reduce the cost of dealing with employee issues.
- Keeping you up-to-date on changes in Employment Legislation that will affect your business
