Preparing your business to return to work
Have you got the Right Risk Assessment in place – we can help?
From re-opening workplaces, un-furloughing, flex furloughing, and embracing remote and flexible working, to ensuring the health and safety of your employees, especially those who have been shielding, it’s a complicated time for employers.
Health and safety are of paramount importance
Careful planning is needed so that everyone knows how to operate and what is expected of them. As a business owner it is your responsibility to ensure you provide strong and continuous communication and establish best practice, whilst maintaining a focus on health and wellbeing and of course productivity.
For employees to return to work, you must undertake a Covid-19 Risk Assessment and put up a Notice when you have done so. Sounds simple? But there are other things you need to do too. If you are struggling to make sense of it all and need help to ensure your business is fully complaint, our new service will save you valuable time and money.

Flexible Furlough Scheme Agreement
The Government’s flexible furlough scheme came into operation with effect from 1 July 2020. This scheme allows employers to flex their furlough arrangements so employees can be required to work during parts of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme claim period, while being furloughed during other parts.
According to the Treasury Direction issued on 25 June, for flexible furlough to apply there needs to be an agreement in writing or an agreement confirmed in writing. We have produced a template for this purpose for a fixed fee of £40.00.
